Do you have a passion for the performing arts? The Houston Ballet is the fifth largest professional dance company in the United States, and performs over 75 shows a year. So needless to say they could use some extra help!
The official volunteers that help out the Houston Ballet are a part of the Houston Ballet Guild. For an annual fee of $60, volunteers assist with everything from ushering at student performances, to assisting with the Houston Ballet Nutcracker Market, which is an 112,000 attendee event where Christmas creations from around the world are bought and sold.
In addition, your volunteer membership is a great way to meet new people who share your same interests as there are various social events the Houston Ballet Guild hosts for its members such as an annual trip and luncheons throughout the year.
