Wine & Dine In Support Of The James Beard Foundation!

Are you a Houston foodie with a huge heart? The well-known alumni of the International Culinary School at the Art Institute of Houston are returning to their alma mater for one night only on May 17, 2014, at 6 p.m. to prepare extraordinary culinary creations in support of the James Beard Foundation, which helps provide scholarships for budding culinary students.

Tickets are $200 each, and will include exciting dishes from Garth Blackburn, Chris Shepherd, Randy Evans and others. The students of the culinary school and Spring ISD’s culinary program will also be enjoying the wonderful opportunity to gain more experience as they assist the chefs with their tasty menu featuring salsa verde, braised octopus with chorizo and so much more! Each of the amazing dishes will also be paired wine, enhancing the flavors you won’t be able to get enough of.
