Loving reading and wish to share the knowledge of literacy? The Adult Reading Center of Pearland is the only community and volunteer based organization that teaches reading and writing skills to people in need, free of charge.
The goal is to teach students four basic reading levels, from no reading experience, to a six grade level. If hands-on tutoring isn’t your speed, volunteer opportunities are also available for office assistants, board members, computer lab coaches, committee members, data input clerks, receptionists and more.
